We enjoy meeting customers face to face, listening to how the vehicle has been behaving and taking the time to answer their questions. We can show diagnostic information, worn components or measurements and explain what they mean in straightforward language.

 

The aim is for customers to feel heard and understand why a repair is being recommended, what appears urgent and what may be monitored. We do not want customers to feel pressured into approving work they do not understand.

 

BMSense does not accept every enquiry simply to secure another booking.

 

Before work is arranged, the vehicle details, symptoms, location and repair requirements are reviewed by the technician who would be carrying out the work. The aim is to accept mobile jobs that can be properly started and completed at the vehicle’s location.

 

If the concern requires a vehicle hoist, programming, extended diagnosis, workshop equipment or another repair path, BMSense will explain this before the customer spends money on a mobile visit.

 

Advice is provided with the customer’s best interests in mind, even when the right recommendation is to use a specialist workshop or dealership instead of BMSense.

Customers receive clear quotes before work begins and invoices for completed repairs. BMSense explains what was found, what was completed and the best next step if further work is needed.

 

Mobile repairs are carried out at the customer’s home or workplace where safe access is available, with care taken to keep the work area clean and protected.

 

Where genuine BMW or MINI parts are supplied by BMSense, they are sourced through the dealership network, and available parts savings are passed on to the customer. Combined with our more competitive mobile labour rate, BMSense is confident we can beat a current dealership quote when we agree with the parts, labour and repair, and the work is suitable for mobile completion.

 

BMSense follows the applicable BMW and MINI repair instructions for the work carried out, including the correct repair process, replacement components, settings and resets where required.
